This walk will commence from from Oak Avenue, Galgate by its junction with Birch Avenue. Parking at the start point is on road in a very quite housing estate.

The circular walk of 10 miles takes in sections of The Lancaster Canal, The Lune Valley, Glasson Dock and Aldcliffe.
This is a flat very easy walk through a particularly lovely area.
