We will walk the Five Weirs Walk into Sheffield and some of us will follow the Sheffield and Tinsley Canal back to Meadowhall

General Notes

A third repeat of our ever popular Christmas event visiting some classic real ale pubs in Sheffield. The short distance and late start is designed to enable the use of public transport to the start and finish!

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
