A route encircling Barden Fell, it follows the river Wharfe to Bolton Bridge, & then takes in the villages of Draughton, Eastby, Embsay, Flasby, Rylstone, Cracoe, Thorpe, Burnsall & Howgill before climbing up to Simon's Seat & returning via the Valley of Desolation
