Old Hatfield Road under the bridge across from the demolished Rising Sun public House.
A walk on home soil & in the footsteps of our Group's namesake, Cornelius Vermuyden. A circuit around the Sykehouse levels with hardly a contour crossed all day! We will be passing through some surprisingly pleasant countryside & visiting the villages of Fishlake & Sykehouse, where refreshments will be taken at the "Old George" before returning to Thorne via Kirk Bramwith and Stainforth
