General Notes
Challenge Events are a core part of the LDWA & a lot of groups walk challenge events together. Some members of Lakeland group have done a few this year, & it's been a lot of fun - so we want to encourage other Lakeland members to join in. Part of the idea is to give some confidence to people who might be new to challenge events. You can walk with us (we won't go super fast!) & gain confidence to enter events yourself. Or, of course, you can do your own thing & just have a brew with us at the start & chill out & celebrate over the meal at the end. Either way we increase our 'Lakeland team presence' at more challenge events.
