Armathwaite Winter Walk January 2023

A small group braved the weather for a trip to Eden just after a couple of snowy days.  We had snow on the ground but the roads were all good so after apprehensive journeys all was good.  Thanks to Caroline Roy for leading this walk for us in her local area.  We love the area with the beautiful river Eden.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
