The Comedy Way - we needed a laugh so we chose this two day walk as a small project for the group in October 2022.  The route is from Ulverston round to Morecambe via Grange over Sands, so can easily be divided into two days using the railways (if the trains behave - they didn't but the buses are good too).   At the Ulverston end the story is all about Laurel and Hardy (and another fine mess......) and once you get to Morecambe you find yourself striking the appropriate poses of the famous Erics; Morecambe and Wise.   

It's a pleasant route, easy enough walking, taking in some useful cafe stops at Grange and in Arnside.  The weather was not particularly kind to us, but we kept our sense of humour along the way.  Nicky had brought a few corny cracker jokes which went down well with everyone.  Because of the wather the photos were in very short supply.
