An opportunity to take a route we used to know as the Silvarn Round.  But it also was very similar to one or two other routes in the lovely Silverdale area.  I have absolutely no idea why this route was called keep taking the tablets.  I didn't see any drugs (legal or otherwise) being taken on the way round.  It was a nice walk though and a good turn out of group members.
