Leaving Ampleforth, we join the 10 mile circular route known as the Wass Wanderers' Way which discovers the scenery surrounding Wass & the remains of the Cistercian Abbey at Byland. This figure of eight route then makes its way to the outskirts of Sproxton before returning on clear paths to Ampleforth
