General Notes
We have completed the Friends Way 2 Quaker route from Sedburgh to Ulverston, but this route is a short circular of 9 miles from Sedburgh itself visiting more sites of interest related to the Quakers. As the buses are now onto their winter timetable it is not possible to get over to Sedburgh with a bus, so if anyone needs a lift from Kendal/Grange, Nicky will be attending the walk & can meet up on the way
