Grasmere Village Green, after arrival of buses from Keswick & Windermere/Ambleside
Grasmere to Keswick, climbing up Far Easedale to Ulscarf & descending to Watendlath & then along the tourist path to Surprise View & down to the Lake for a lakeshore finish
General Notes
We hope to have a celebratory meal at the end of the walk, in Keswick. There may be sufficient of us to sort a mini bus back to Grasmere after the meal - contact leader for full details, & for other public transport arrangements
