16miles with over 3000 ft of ascent. The Dales Way to Crook of Lune Bridge and then on to Brunt Sike, Gate House and Beck Houses Gate. Climb up to Fell Head via Bush Howe and then across to The Calf. From there descend into Sedbergh on the Dales High Way taking in Calders and Arant Haw
