We set off on cold fresh morning at a reasonable speed to get warmed up Along the Cleveland way then taking Bridleway down to Boltby.
Then joining the Bridleway at the rear of West Gurtof Farm taking us past the rear of Ravensthorpe Manor all the way to Kirby Knowle  where we enjoyed our first stop of the day.
After our break we had a bit of road walking to Brickshed cottage taking the Bridleway all the way to re join the Cleveland way (there has been significant improvement in the section of this path at Black Plantation which was a bog a few years back when I did it ).
We took the cycle track from the Cleveland way heading east to Arden Hall where we had a lunch stop at a large table supplied by Arden Hall grid reference 522/903 please take your rubbish home with you !!
We then set off along the new permissable bottom track around Coombe Hill towards Church Bridge and then through church yard towards Dalicar Bridge.
We then joined the path taking us to Peak Scar Top next stop Cold Kirby and in descending darkness back to Sutton Bank !
It was noted by a few elderly envious gentlemen the number of ladies I get on my Walks 11 ladies 8 Blokes ( Eat your heart out lads ).
