The Riflemans pub on Greenside, Kendal.  LA9 4LD

A walk through Serpentine Woods, visiting Cunswick Scar and Scout Scar, returning over the old race course.  And a chance encounter with Postman Pat. This walk is part of our celebrations of 50 years of Lakeland LDWA.  Our very first Lakeland walk started from the Riflemans so let's pop in for a celebratory pint after the walk. Ascent 771ft
