Christmas Easy Amble - Saturday 3rd December 2022

Fourteen walkers participated in the joint BBN/E&H Christmas Easy Amble, an 8.4 mile walk from Therfield, north Hertfordshire,
taking in rolling hills and other mixed rural scenery on a cloudy, chilly but generally dry winter's day.
The walk was ably led by Ian Watson. Half the group  then adjourned to the Therfield pub for a very pleasant post-Amble lunch.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
