The Hannington Hike is organised by Alan Leadbetter from the Wellingborough Grammarians Memorial Sports Field.
The first Hannington Hike took place in 2018, with the second and third events in 2019 and 2020. The event then became biennial, the fourth event being held in 2022, and it now alternates in March with the Chiltern Kanter.
