This year there will be a different arrangement for the payment of the £15 meal subsidy for members attending the AGM. Alan has agreed the following arrangement with the Rose and Crown.
Your meal will be pre-ordered as usual via Alan. On the day Alan will give you a card which will show the cost of your meal with the £15 subsidy deducted. You will pay the To be paid figure which (on the day) will be highlighted in yellow (example). When everybody has paid Jim will pay the remaining balance plus the service charge and any tip we choose to pay.
