Back to Whiston Photo: Steve Clark
Hello Everyone
I am very pleased to let you know that a volunteer has come forward to take on the role of Secretary when I stand down at the end of November. This leaves room on the committee for two ordinary members – it would be great to have folk come forward - new ideas and fresh perspectives are always needed. If you are interested, please let me know or speak to any committee member.
New Members A very warm welcome to our new members Andy Smith (Primary) and Paula Robinson, Trevor Mason and Elizabeth Daniel (Associate). We look forward to meeting you on one of our group walks or challenge events.

It’s all about the feet this week I didn't think orthopaedic shoes would help me, but I stand corrected. Which Ancient Greek philosophers had the nicest feet? Pla-toe and Sock-rates! What happens if you put your left shoe on the wrong foot? Well, it's actually on the right foot! What is the most dangerous mountain in the world for your feet? Krakatoa! Why can't your two feet get along? Because they can't both be right! I used to work in a shoe recycling shop…. It was really sole destroying. What is a podiatrist's favourite Olympic event? Arch-ery
