The presentation to Lynn and Dave, organisers of the
Pick and Mix - their tenth and final event

Hello Everyone

Last Sunday saw the tenth and final Pick & Mix challenge event that will be organised by Dave and Lynn Yorston. It was a brilliant day weather-wise with lots of happy walkers having a great day out in the Chilterns – a fitting end to an era!  Dave and Lynn were presented with a thank you gift and card by Norman on behalf of BBN and the many walkers who have enjoyed the P&M down the years.

Don’t worry folk, the event continues next year with a new organiser, JimB.

A thank you from Dave and Lynn
To all our friends in BBN
A quick line to say a massive thanks for our gift of a restaurant voucher. We shall enjoy spending it!
We have had great fun in working on different events for so many years.
From Janet & Roy to Jake & John, from Mike & Sandra to DFH & M plus the many, many others who gave their time for the walking activities.
We were but a small part in an extensive team.
We feel it is now our time to step back and allow the younger generation to take over.
BUT
Sorry, but you have not seen the last of us yet !!!
We wish Jim all the best with his new venture in the Pick & Mix.
Big thanks
Dave & Lynn

A wonderful day to be walking in the Chiltern Hills
