Meet at the Kendal Bus Depot at 9.15am (I have checked buses from Grange & from Ambleside will arrive in good time for this)

Over Scout Scar, via Crossthwaite & around the north end of Whitbarrow, up to Cartmel Fell & across the hills to Newby Bridge

General Notes
Walk, & catch the bus back from Newby Bridge (X6, regular buses - 16.01 & 17.06 etc back to Kendal)

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
