Not the Santa Walk - Sunday 2nd July 2023

Silsoe - Pulloxhill - Higham Gobion - Hexton - Apsley End - Shillington - Upper Gravenhurst - Silsoe

A lovely sunny walk with super views all day.  An amazing queue of cars in Pulloxhill, all hoping for a car boot bargain. 
Late morning and a few overgrown paths near Higham Gobion and Hexton led to trouble with laces.
A very welcome long cold lunchtime drink at The Raven, Hexton.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
