Arriving on the Island and Day 1:  A little rainy at the start but that soon moved off. A fab circuit around Douglas. Thank you Roy, it was a lovely day.  Lizzie

Day 2: Starting from Port Erin.  Absolutely gorgeous scenery, although rather blustery on the coast.  Lizzie

Day 3:Fabulous walk today, with a lot of up, up, up, down, up etc., you get the idea  Laxey, Snaefell and North Barrule, with some fence and gate climbing at the end of the day. Lizzie

Day 5 A massive thank you to Roy, for an absolutely fabulous week of walking on the Isle of Man. We have all loved each one of the walks, covering so much of the island. Great to catch up with old friends, as well as meet new ones. Thanks to everyone for your company this week, it’s been great.  Lizzie

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
