Limestone Loop

Derbyshire

63 km / 39 miles
A route devised to take advantage of the youth hostels at Buxton, Hartington, Youlgreave and Bakewell, also visiting Hollinsclough, Crowdicote and Monyash. There is a described alternative distance route of 27 miles.

Route Description and Schematic Maps made available as 'Downloads' by kind permission of Martyn Hanks who designed these routes to encourage walking and use of the 'Youth Hostels' some of which are now sadly closed. However there are other accommodation options where hostels have closed.
