Circular walk from Trafalgar Square; meet in front of National Galley at 6pm for the walk
Moderate pace. The walk will be preceded by optional tour of National Gallery to look at paintings by John Constable relevant to next Saturday’s walk. Meet in front of the gallery at 5pm if going on the optional tour

London Parks Walk, Thursday 23rd July 201510 walkers, 7 miles - leader Susanne Waldschmidt
London LDWA is not too strong on culture and I only had 2 on the tour of the National Gallery. (I have done similar tours in the past and had a lot more).
However the alternative Wetherspoons mob crept out of hiding at 6pm and there was a respectable turnout of 10.
I guess most people know the Royal Parks well but still very pleasant and relaxing place to go for a Summer walk. And where better to finish than Wetherspoons.
