Patterdale, Lake District Trip, 24th - 30th September 2018

Six London Group members were away September 24 - 30th and walks were arranged daily by Paul Lawrence in the Ullswater area. The weather was generally good with only one wet day. Otherwise the tops were clear of cloud. Most walks included at least one Wainwright summit, the highest of which was Blencathra. For accommodation we rented a large house. We self-catered and Godfrey O'Callaghan was in charge of catering. The week was successful and without incident and everyone had an enjoyable time.
