Crossing Chiltern Contours Linear from Saunderton to Thame

Route: Meet at Saunderton station (train departs 07.52 Marylebone). A hilly route in the morning with delightful Chiltern scenery and a visit to the M40. Afternoon section is mainly flat with a view of the contours, pretty villages, crossing Thame Park. Finish at Haddenham and Thame Parkway station which is 2 stations up the line from Saunderton (3 fast trains per hour to Marylebone).
Notes:Bring sufficient food and liquid refreshments. Moderate pace. Woodland facilities. LDWA membership card has a space on it for adding emergency contact details, all members are encouraged to carry this during the walk. It would be helpful to contact the walk leader to confirm if you wish to come on this walk (LDWA membership number required please). This is the first part of a tetralogy of walks heading north west close to the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire border.
