Guidance for members of the Committee

The subject of the request should be:

1. Walking related, preferably in the London region and of a significant length.
2. There should only be a maximum of 4 requests granted each year outside of a formal Committee meeting.
3. Requests involving financial commitment of more than £500 should be agreed at a formal Committee meeting.
4. Any Conflicts of Interest must be declared.
5. There should be no political affiliation involved.
6. No member of the group should stand to gain financially.
7. A majority of Committee members should be in favour.
