The Capital Challenge is a 28-mile urban challenge walk organised by the London Group to celebrate the capital. This year we will use the original route, which passes through some of London's best open spaces including Royal Parks, Hampstead & Highgate, the Woodberry Wetlands, the River Lea, & Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The route is almost completely mud-free and passes a wide variety of shops and cafes along much of its length
