General Notes
Come and join the Big Birthday Bash & help celebrate Keith & Ron’s birthday. Expect more celebrating than walking. The exact route & distance will be decided on the day by late fitness tests but there will be plenty of opportunities to drop out early if the younger ones cannot keep up the pace The fun begins on the 09:36 train from Fenchurch (carriage 4 of 8) and continues into the early evening at The Parson’s Barn. Just turn up on the day & surprise us.

A Lullingstone Loop

Meet at Chelsfield rlwy stn. From Chelsfield Station to Shoreham via Lullingstone golf course & Lullingstone Country Park. On to Eynesford via Romney Street. Finally returning to Chelsfield Station via Lullingstone golf course & Chelsfield village.
 
General Notes

Chelsfield Station is in Zone 6. Charing Cross 08:10 train calls at Waterloo East, London Bridge & Lewisham before arriving at Chelsfield 08:58. There is also free parking outside Chelsfield station on Saturdays. Route is quite hilly. Two 30 minute stops at Shoreham village shop (after 6miles) & Eynesford pub (after 12 miles). Aiming to finish in time for the 16:47 train back towards London. Details shared with Kent group.

The Alley 100

Meet at Bond St. Station (Eiizabeth Line Davies St entrance). Last years route in reverse with some diversions to accommodate different alleys; come & spot the differences. Target for this year is now 115 alleys, but can we beat last year’s record of 120?

Late start so expect a later than usual finish at Liverpool St. station about 18:00 followed by celebrations in a nearby Weatherspoons

 
General Notes
Coffee stop & lunch stop both suitable for B.Y.O. Prior registration by e-mail is requested for this walk which is limited to 25 participants to reduce the stress on our back marker.

2. Saturday 20th April 2024: Pirbright and Whitmoor Commons

John Goody led twenty walkers on this 21.6 mile circular walk from Ash Vale station - a joint walk with Surrey Group.
