Briefly along the Thames by Barnes Bridge, then through Richmond Park to Teddington Lock, then Bushey Park to Hampton Court. Lunch at/near East Molesey Rowing Club café (“Eight on the River”). Thames Path to Kingston, (poss café stop) then Richmond Park to Roehampton Gate & back to Barnes station
