Maidstone East station (train departs Victoria 07.55. There is also one departing London Bridge 07.38 arriving 08.31 if that's more convenient and you're happy to wait)
Up the Medway Valley to Aylesford, then around the North Downs via Kit's Coty House to Whte Horse Wood and Thurnham Castle, back via Bearstead and Mote Park. Maidstone has two Wetherspoons for those so inclined
