At the AGM in 2016, a request was made for opening and closing checkpoint calculators to be created that would assist challenge walk organisers in determining accurate opening and closing times. The calculators were designed by Andrew Clabon and have been made available for LDWA challenge walk organisers to use if they wish. They can be found on the PACER page that many local group LDWA committee members have access to. It is hoped that LDWA challenge walk organisers will find them useful when planning future challenge walks.
