Amy Collier is Stepping Down from the NEC

Posted on 2025-10-15

ENVIRONMENT OFFICER

We wanted to share that Amy Collier will be stepping down from her role as Environment Officer at the end of December 2025 as she prepares to move to New Zealand. We're looking forwards to hear of her walking experiences in the country and would like to thank her for all of her work whilst on the NEC. Madeleine Watson, LDWA Chair, said: "Amy has been a valuable member of the NEC and we'll miss her energy, but are delighted for her as she embarks on such an exciting adventure."

Amy's departure means that there will be a vacancy on the NEC and this will be advertised in the AGM booklet which members will be receiving with their next Strider, but which will also be detailed on the LDWA website, on social media and in the monthly newsletter from the NEC.
