Thank you for joining the Thames Valley Branch of the LDWA. We hope to see you on one of our frequent social walks soon, if you have not been already : we do 20 miles and 15 miles options most weekend, the former being more athletic and the latter being more suitable for those stepping up to longer distances see Thames Valley LDWA - Programme. In the summer we do have particularly sociable walks that we target at new members, at relaxed pace and so you will not be alone. Firstly we have our Spring Tea and Cakes walk Thames Valley LDWA - Spring Tea & Cakes Walk on May 26th starting at 9am at Cadmore End and with a stop at Fingest Church for tea and cakes that are paid for from group funds. Its not yet on the programme but there will also be a 15mile easy flat walk from Ashenbury Park, Woodley (public transport accessible) on June 30th targeted at new, non- , lapsed and (like me at present) struggling members. This should appear on the above programme in the next few days.
