From the YMCA Sports Pavilion, Henley on Thames
New route again this year to Stoke Row/Checkendon region with lots of bluebells. Accurate route description provided. Maps; LR 175 or Exp 171.
General Notes
Runners please note cp opening times are based on 09.30 start and 7mph pace. Strugglers on 40ml may downgrade to a 35ml option near the end. All entrants must carry or buy a mug. Showers available at finish. Organised by & chqs payable to Thames Valley LDWA. Entry form on website from 1 Jan or with SAE from
