Whiteleaf Hill c.p, near Princes Risborough
1,450 feet of ascent. Much of it on the Ridgeway, Icknield Way and Chiltern Way, with excellent views across the Chiltern scarp in the early miles. Whiteleaf Hill, Beacon Hill and Coombe Hill, then Dunsmore, Little Hampden and Loosley Row: and back past Saunderton and through Princes Risborough
General Notes
If it is still as wet, muddy and slippery in February as in January, worth bringing poles and gaiters if you use them, and reliably waterproof boots
