Version 1.0 of the LDPs Change Report Form, where LDPs or right of way issues may be recorded, is downloadable from the LDWA Toolkit at

against ‘Long Distance Paths’. Completed forms should be sent as email attachments to
where they can be dealt with by the LDPs Team.
The form is in Microsoft Word tables. Alternative formats such as editable PDF are being explored. Paper copies might also be scanned to disk, or details transferred from notes, to the digital version.
