100 VIDEO
Thanks to some great work from Simon Pipe and David Morgan, we premiered the first video from our three-part documentary following the 2025 Long Distance Walkers Association Flower of Suffolk 100, the LDWA’s legendary annual 100-mile walk. For the first time in LDWA history, this iconic endurance challenge comes to East Anglia, showcasing a stunning new route starting and finishing in Ipswich. Perfect for walkers, hikers, runners, ultra runners, fellrunners, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone seeking fitness inspiration through long-distance walking videos.
This episode follows participants as they take on the challenge of walking 100 miles continuously — a true test of endurance, mental strength, and long-distance hiking experience. The journey features some of Suffolk’s most beautiful locations, including Helmingham, Framlingham, Easton, and the moated manor at Parham. Viewers will also enjoy highlights such as the famous crinkle-crankle wall at Easton and the creativity of our volunteers who turned a simple barn into a fully fledged “Bistro in a Barn” checkpoint.
Part 1 ends with an inspiring moment as Len “The Legend” Fallick passes through a medieval passage during his extraordinary attempt at a record-breaking 43rd completion of an LDWA Hundred.
