Meet at Harpenden Railway Station. Buy return ticket on Thameslink Line via St Pancras (Zone 6 ends at Elstree).
Harpenden-Kimpton-Wheathampstead-St Albans. An easy and attractive walk across fields and woods. Possibility of seeing George Bernard Shaw’s house at Ayot St. Lawrence, so bring your NT card if you have one and are interested.
