Snowdrop Tea & Cakes Walk

Walk Details:
Walk is planned to arrive at Swyncombe Church for the start of their snowdrop teas at 2pm. Distance to be adjusted to pace of group, which will be moderate. Circa 1800ft ascent. Tea/coffee & 1 cake will be paid for by Thames Valley LDWA. Anything else pay yourself. Optional extra 3ml loop for those who want it

Duncan organised this years visit to see the Snowdrops at St Botolph's Church, Swyncombe. The tea and cakes were funded by the Thames Valley Group. As always this was a popular walk with 17 people attending, a extra mile (17 in total) was added before the Church to arrive just as it was opening at 2pm. When we arrived there was a short queue as they had opened slightly early and as we sat and had our cake and tea the queue soon became very long as this is a generally a very popular event with other walkers and locals. Only 2 people completed the extra 3 mile loop for the Long Distance version.Other Files
