How to enter

Submissions should include the entrant’s name and email address and be sent to thamesvalley@ldwa.org.uk . The winner of the competition will receive a voucher. The terms and conditions of entry are set out below:

1. Photographs (no more than 3 per person please each month) must be taken on an advertised TVLDWA walk between 8^th February 2026 and 27^th September 2026.

Please make sure to include where and when the photo was taken and give it a title.

2. The person submitting entries must be the author and owner of the copyright of all the images.

3. Consent must be obtained from anybody identifiable in the submitted photographs.

4. By submitting your photos, you are consenting that TVLDWA can use your images for general purposes relating to the publicity of TVLDWA walks and events (e.g. on our web pages, Facebook page, and other publications). Please let me know if you DO NOT consent.

5. Images may be taken using a camera, smartphone, iPad or similar and must be submitted as high resolution digital jpg files. Images should not exceed 10 megabytes.

6. The TVLDWA Committee will judge the photographs and choose 10. Members will vote for their favourite from these 10 at the 50^th Anniversary walk and curry event on 10^th October 2026.

7. Submission of photographs will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions
