Ashford Hill Recreation Ground c.p (permission obtained). the c.p is small so car pool if possible. Approach on Chapel Lane which is a loop from & back to B3051 main road, easiest to take southern turning with this street sign, i.e. right on second Chapel Lane entrance if approaching from Reading
Some new territory. Through Hannington & Kingsclere & back on the Brenda Parker Way. 1600 ft ascent mainly in middle of walk, where there should be good views across to Salisbury Plain & the Kennet valley
