Maidensgrove: At the eastern end of the Common, from the direction of Stonor where Park Lane emerges into the open, between the 30mph signs. Note steep approach from Stonor may be icy so route via Nettlebed/Russells Water may be safer if cold
General Notes
Walk is planned to arrive at Swyncombe Church for the start of their snowdrop teas at 2pm (now confirmed). Distance & route to be managed to pace of group, which will be moderate, suitable for new members & to meet this time frame. Circa 1800ft ascent. Tea/coffee & 1 cake will be paid for by Thames Valley LDWA. Anything else pay yourself. Optional extra faster (to beat darkness) 3ml loop provided if at least 3 want it
