Forthcoming Social Walks

Normally we aim to have at least one Social walk every Sunday, this will generally be a 20 Mile and or 15 Mile Social Walk.

Bluebells Still?

Sun 4th May 2025 09:00, c20ml. 09:00 Middle Assendon: Layby near "Rainbow" PH. (GR SU739856). A Cheery Chilterns meander through Henley Park, Turville Heath, Watlington Park, Russell's Water & Bix Common. c2,100 feet of ascent.

Round C

Sun 11th May 2025 09:00, c21ml. Reading: Clayfield Copse Recreation Ground, Caversham Park; next to tennis club. (GR SU725768). C450ft ascent.

Three Peaks

Sun 18th May 2025 09:00, c20ml. Princes Risborough - Whiteleaf Hill c.p. (GR SP823036). Whiteleaf Hill, Coombe Hill, & Haddington Hill via Wendover. Hilly. 2400ft of ascent.

No Walk Planned on Sunday 25th May 2025

As a lot of the regular walkers will be volunteering on the Saturday, there is no social walk planned on Sunday 25th May 2025

Frolicing with Freedom

Sun 1st Jun 2025 09:00, c20ml. Christmas Common: Watlington Hill NT c.p, Hill Road (Not free unless member). (GR SU709935). From White Mark to White Lane & back. Flitting through Dumble Dore, Henley Park, Fawley, Turville Heath & Christmas Common. 2,200 feet of ascent.

Good luck to all Thames Valley Members taking part in either the Marshal's 100 on the 3rd/4th May or the main event on the 24th/25th May.

Thank you to all the Thames Valley volunteers that are going to be running Checkpoint 2 on the Main Event on the 24th May at Crowfield Village Hall which is at 15.5 miles
