Here's hoping those days of blistering heat are now behind us so we can enjoy what's lined up for us this week without having to stop every hour to gulp down litres of water. First up, on Wednesday evening, is a linear tour across Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common, and on Saturday we have a tempting-looking trek from Tottenham Hale to Broxbourne  - as you can see from the photo below. Scroll down for the full details.
