The ice cream vans and purveyors of bottled water continue to do great business as this glorious weather extends into another week. For which we have two more lovely walks on offer, starting on Thursday with Dave's Ultimate Weatherspoon's Tour. Remember - it's curry night! Then, on Saturday, Susanne will be leading an irresistible 24-miler based on the South Downs - bring your cozzie if you fancy a refreshing dip in the sea at the finish. Scroll down for the full details, which include a few updates.

Important advice! When walking in hot weather, never lose an opportunity to rehydrate :-)
