Notice for LDWA LONDON AGM

Dear Members,

An email on 2^nd January gave the date of the AGM. This reminder gives the location and the date by when motions need to be with the secretaries.    

Please make every effort to attend the AGM which will be held at :-

VENUE: The King & Queen pub

                1 Foley Street, London, W1W 6DL

                 tel 020 7636 5619

There are no catering facilities at the pub but they are content for us to bring our own food (on an individual basis, we will not be organising food).

TIME : 6pm for 6.30-8.30pm on Thursday 8^th March

An agenda will be circulated nearer the date. 

Please let the secretaries know if the there are any issues that you wish to raise at the AGM. Any motions to be put to a vote need to reach the secretaries by the 8th February and include the names of the proposer and seconder.  

 We are always pleased to hear from any member who would like to serve on the committee. Gordon Parker would like to step down from the post of Founders’ Challenge Organiser, so a volunteer for this position would be especially welcome.
