A  reminder that the BBN 30th Anniversary quiz walk takes place this Sunday.

 

The walk is 8 miles in the morning starting at 10 a.m. from Newton Longton Village Hall.   There is a rep from the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Air Ambulance arriving at 1330.  The lecture will last about 30-40 minutes including questions and they will be providing merchandise to sell, Christmas Cards and other stuff.

That will then be followed by the quiz which should last about 2 hours. There will be prizes and booby prizes!

Food available.

 

The train departs Euston at 8.45 arriving Milton Keynes 9.31. Transport available from Milton Keynes.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
