I am forwarding this notice from DEFRA who are looking for people to join the boards of various bodies such as national parks. This has come via our NEC who got it only very late in the day even though I assume that the adverts originally went out weeks ago.
I have hesitated before sending this on as the deadline for applying is now ridiculously short and hence this will be almost certainly be of little practical interest. However, in case someone is interested and is able to get in an application by 2 November, here it is.
