Meet Rochford stn. Take 08.44 from Liverpool Street Circular from Rochford exploring the rivers Roach and Crouch estuaries and surrounding countryside. Numerous seabirds (if the tide is right) and the occasional seal

Possible pub lunch at The Punch Bowl at Paglesham Churchend (NOT Lion Cove as previously advertised), or bring sandwiches

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
